Recertification Course
Our one day (8 hour) program does not require an examination.
This course is designed for individuals who have already successfully completed their initial FULL CERTIFICATION program, are currently certified, and are now required to renew their certification.
Our one fee of $95 provides all you will need, including: health department application forms as applicable, a "Certificate of Attendance", and all training materials including the latest edition of our exclusive, copyrighted "Food Safety Training Manual - Special Pennsylvania Edition" .

with the City of Philadelphia
Department of Health.
New Phila. requirements (2-15-08): Upon expiration of your current certification, individuals must complete another full certification class instead of being recertified.
