Full Certification Course
This course is designed for individuals who have never been certified in food safety, or have allowed their certification to lapse. Includes: 16 classroom hours, usually held in two full days (one or two weeks apart); and administration of the ServSafe examination. Students must correctly answer 60 of the 80 multiple choice questions to successfully complete the program.
Our single $195 fee includes: the ServSafe examination; local health department and Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture application forms (as applicable); and, all training materials including our own exclusive "Food Safety Training Manual - Special Pennsylvania Edition" which is fully approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture for their mandatory statewide program.
